Technology. Convenience. Success. Limmer Education brings all of these to you and your students through our high-quality and engaging products.
We’d be surprised if there’s an educational institution that’s not thinking about how to make its EMT classes more dynamic and convenient. Whether you’re looking to attract more students to your college program or to provide a way to get volunteers trained as EMTs, you need to change. Now.
We can help.
An initiative led by EMS author and educator Dan Limmer, EMTReview.com offers the resources you need to make a traditional EMT course into a convenient and successful hybrid program. Sometimes called “flipped” classes, these hybrid offerings give students responsibility—and the resources—for learning outside of class. This allows you to use your in-class time for more dynamic, effective learning.
Consider the “average” 150-hour, semester-long EMT course. A 2-nights-per-week course of 15 weeks at 8 hours a week is only 120 hours. The additional 30 hours must be made up on additional days (often weekends). Using a hybrid approach, you can have a successful 15-week class, eliminate weekend sessions, and make your existing class times more relevant and engaging.
